it can be a sketch but there must be instructions on coloring, a ref that includes coloring or a fullbody drawing of said character in color.

I also dont use dextro so if you want that youll have to request someone else upload it who has it or upload it yourself!I upload the commission models I make to my own account as well so I can show my past work to people who are interested! however you are allowed to ask me to delete them if you feel uncomfortable by this!!GENERAL TOS!

Do not rush me, I will do my best to keep you updated on progress but please do not set a deadline as it causes bad stress that can make it harder to work (however please remind me cause sometimes I forget!)

I do not do fem avis or thick/curvy avatars! (I did in the past but I no longer do them due to them being difficult to model and Its just not fun for me)

When getting a custom avatar, if you wish to make it public you must request this beforehand ( the avatar will be uploaded to your account regardless)

You cannot request a full refund once the avatar reaches the finished texturing stage, you can only request a partial refund ( half of the price paid) and you will receive the files but you are not allowed to ask me for edits or more unless I am paid for it.

Once a model is purchased you cannot request a refund, all sales are final.

Upon receiving the files to your (from scratch) commission you are allowed to do ALMOST anything with it, I am no longer responsible for what you do with it .

-sell parts of the model

-Upon receiving the files to an avatar made from a base you are are have to follow these rules!DOS:
-make your own edits
-send it to a friend to upload ( ONLY ONE PERSON, they must delete the files once its done)
-upload avatar to someone who has bought the files to the original base model

-redistribute/give the files to others without the intention of uploading
-resell files or make commissions with said files

WARNING/HEADSUP ABOUT MY MODELS!1. I do not weight the shoudlers, if you or another person does the unity you will have to assign the shoulders in the configure menu!2. I do not do eye bones or eye movement!
be sure that if you or a friend does unity to check the head section and remove any phys bones that have put themselves in slots (head and neck are the only things that should be assigned!)3. If there is an issue in unity on your end that doesnt appear on my end I am not required to help you if I am unable to do so4.there are no refunds if the model is finished , you can request refunds before the model is finished ( partial refund if its before the rigging stage)5. If a model that you have commissioned is sold without paying the commercial rights fee you will be completely blacklisted from buying from me and will have an announcement or post put out on the issue.6. If I feel that I am unable to do a commission and reject it, you only have two chances to request either another design or changes to said design to have it made. if I still feel uncomfortable or not confident in my ability I will reject it to avoid any issues between me or the client
( aka to avoid any altercations if I am unable to deliver the product the way the client wanted/ the client is unhappy with the result and tries to claim that it was a scam or that they lost money over something they didnt want)

COMMERCIAL USE TOS!None of the following things listed is subtraction, the - means "to"p2u avatars

1. If you wish to use a model ive made you for p2u purposes you must pay a fee that is dependant on what you will be selling the avatar for:10-30=30$
40-60=60$
70-90= 100$
100+=200$
The prices above does count any numbers between ( examples, 25-35)This fee will be a one time thing and will be added to the base cost of the avatar! After paying said fee will give you the rights to sell the og model as well as any edits you make of said model. You cannot go over the amount of the og price you agreed upon even if its an edit of the og model ( unless you pay the fee dependent on the price you will be changing it to, unless said price is cheaper than the og)P2u Props

If you wish to sell the props of a model ive made for you or a prop youve specifically commissioned from me you must pay the following fees!10-20= 20 $The cap/max is 20 unless the initial price is above itRules!
1.do not claim the model as your own , make it clear that I am the original creator
-you are allowed to take screenshots to prove that you have permission to use the model for said purposes
-you are allowed to do commissions with said model however do not charge for more when it comes to the base model itself, you are however allowed to charge for things you make FROM SCRATCH!2. DO NOT! use any form of ripped assets or ripped models alongside the model! it makes both you and me look bad and I do not condone it!!3.If you keep something from it about said character or It is found to be something against my TOS ( such as the character being a pedophile, being involved in any proshipping issues, zoophilia related things, homophobic related things, racist related things.
Examples:
-using zoophilia related symbols such as the flag or porn
-Turning said character into a dictator , nazi or other racist groups
-Using the character in a story that relates them to grooming a child or child character from any media even when aged up4.selling or catering to rippers in any way , if you are aware that the user you are selling the model to is a ripper and it is found out you will be blacklisted immediatelyThe breaking of any of these rules will result in the commercial usage being revoked and you will be asked to take down any form of p2u content or store postings of said model. There are no acceptions, You will not be refunded due to the breaking of this TOS.
Upon commissioning me and asking for commercial use of the model, you will have to agree to these terms.If you do not fully agree then you will not be given the commercial use and will only be allowed to use it for personal use.
