PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME!I now do uploads however! if I am unavailable ( such as away from my computer for a while/ away from the computer that is able to handle unity then you can go to my unity manager nebby, however he charges 10 $ per upload)The base price for normal models/avatars covers :

I will not add any form of nsfw parts/features on the avatar. you can add them yourself but I will not add it.

Do not rush me, I will do my best to keep you updated on progress but please do not set a deadline as it causes bad stress that can make it harder to work (however please remind me cause sometimes I forget!)

I do not do fem avis or thick/curvy avatars! (I did in the past but I no longer do them due to them being difficult to model and Its just not fun for me)

I am allowed to say no to a commission/reject a commission I know I will be unable to do or that I am uncomfortable with doing. I do not have to give a reason to this either.

Do not claim The avatars as your own please
When getting a custom avatar, if you wish to make it public you must request this beforehand ( the avatar will be uploaded to your account regardless)

Do not commission ocs that do not belong to you without any form of permission from the creators themselves ( I will need screenshot or recorded evidence of said consent)

You cannot request a full refund once the avatar reaches the finished rigging stage, you can only request a partial refund ( half of the price paid) and you will receive the files but you are not allowed to ask me for edits or more unless I am paid for it.

Once a model is purchased you cannot request a refund, all sales are final.

Upon receiving the files to your (from scratch) commission you are allowed to do ALMOST anything with it, I am no longer responsible for what you do with it .

-edit
-add things
-port it to games
-Upload avi to other's accounts
-Make public
-give the files outyou cannot:
-resell files
-use parts from the model in commissions
-sell parts of the model
(you can get permission depending on what the price is but you have to ask me first)-----------------
-Upon receiving the files to an avatar made from a base you are are have to follow these rules!DOS:
-make your own edits
-send it to a friend to upload ( ONLY ONE PERSON, they must delete the files once its done)
-upload avatar to someone who has bought the files to the original base model
DONTS:
-upload to another person's account
-redistribute/give the files to others without the intention of uploading
-resell files or make commissions with said files

I still need confirmation it belongs to them however.|
